摘要:
在氮肥厂监测水解系统微量尿素的含量中,传统的方法是采用对二甲氨基苯甲醛比色法,但该方法重现性差,不利于指导尿素生产.通过对上述方法的改进,提高了测试的灵敏度和准确度,为尿素生产提供了可靠的工艺保证.
Abstract:
The traditional method of monitoring the content of microurea in the hydrolysis system in the nitrogen fertilizer factory is the colorimetry of paradimethylamino. But this method is not good in reproducibility and is not beneficial to guide the urea production process. This paper puts forward the improvement of the abovementioned method, which enhances the sensitivity and accuracy of tests and provides a reliable technology guarantee for the urea production process.
