Abstract:
The influence on emotional states of a bout of variable speed and constant speed with or without accompanying music is achieved in our study. Sixty subjects completed successive 30 minutes jogging(or walk)with variable running speed, jogging(or walk)and music accompanying jogging(or walk)with fixed speed on treadmill with emotional states evaluation by themselves before 5min, in 30min and after 10min. Results of interview were taken into account. Results are as follows: 1)Flow state with accompanying music in constant speed exercise is better than that in others, and after it is better than that after constant speed exercise. 2)Vitality state after constant speed exercise with music accompanying is better than that after constant speed exercise. 3)Pleasure state after variable speed exercise is better than that after others. 4)Fatigue feeling in music accompanying constant speed exercise is weaker than that in others and during constant speed exercise,it is weaker than that during variable speed exercise. 5)Depression feeling in music accompanying constant speed exercise is weaker than that in others and after variable speed exercise, it is weaker than that after constant speed exercise. Conclusion are as follows: 1)Positive emotional benefits during music accompanying constant speed exercise is better than that during others, and after it is better than that after constant speed exercise. Meanwhile, the induced effect of negative emotions is weaker than that in others. 2)Positive emotional benefits in variable speed exercise is better than that in others, but induced negative emotions is stronger than that in others. 3)Induced negative emotions in constant speed exercise is weaker than that in variable speed exercise, but after it was stronger than that after variable speed exercise.
